Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial before purchasing a subscription. The trial is designed to allow you to test our service, check for compatibility with your device, and ensure our routing meets your expectations. The existence of this free trial is the primary reason for our strict refund policy.
2. General Refund Policy
Once a subscription is purchased and activated, we generally do not offer refunds. Since we provide a digital service with significant upfront infrastructure costs, all sales are considered final.
3. Exceptions for Technical Issues
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a verifiable technical failure on our end. If you are unable to access the service for a continuous period of more than 48 hours due to a fault with our servers or infrastructure, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
To be considered for a refund under this clause, you must:
- Have contacted our support team as soon as the issue began.
- Have worked with our support team to troubleshoot the issue (e.g., confirming your internet connection and device are working correctly).
- The issue must be confirmed by our technical team as a fault on our side.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to your own internet provider, device malfunction, or incorrect setup.
4. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact our support team with your subscription email and a detailed description of the technical failure. Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 2-3 business days.
